Giai đoạn Pre-Opening. - Yêu cầu ứng viên có kinh nghiệm về cả House Keeping và Front Office.
Mức lương: 2000$

I. Desired Skills, Attributes and Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing the Rooms Division in 5-star hotels
• Pre-opening experience within Vietnam is essential
• Thorough knowledge of developing guest service strategies and delivering seamless guest experiences
• Ability to effectively and efficiently coordinate the daily activities in both Front Office and Housekeeping
• Collaborative spirit, energetic, positive and creative
• A sense of integrity, personal conviction, passion and compassion – and the ability to consistently convey these as a leader
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively
• Fluent English and Vietnamese ( both written and spoken)
II. Salary Range and Benefits
• Salary range: Negotiate
• Annual Vacation (Days): 18
• Days Off per Week: 1.5
• Annual Bonus: 20% Base
