Applying AI in tourism, especially in housekeeping management, is an inevitable trend. However, technology must also be operated by skilled and knowledgeable professionals. This is not just a strategic orientation but a crucial step toward enhancing the quality of human resources in housekeeping management in particular, and hotel management in general in Vietnam. It also contributes significantly to digital transformation and sustainable development in the country’s hospitality industry.

According to Mr. Nguyễn Quang, effectively implementing new technologies, particularly leveraging AI in hotel operations, poses many challenges. However, without proactive and determined execution, businesses risk missing out on becoming pioneers. Whether sooner or later, technology application is indispensable in modern hotel management. Hotel managers in the AI era must not only be professionally competent but also possess strategic vision and the ability to inspire and lead teams in achieving sustainable development and digital transformation, turning challenges into opportunities to meet the government’s goals.
